Fishing Prices
FISHING HUT (TOP Lake)
Situated at the water's edge, between pegs 3 and 4 on the Top Lake. Sleeps up to 2 people (bunks). Mattresses provided but you will need to bring your own linen and pillows. A deposit will be required at the time of booking which is refundable upon departure but following our inspection of the hut. If any litter, whatsoever, is found discarded, or, any damage caused, or, if the hut is left in an untidy state then we reserve the right to refuse to refund a deposit either in part or in full. Noise or rowdiness will not be tolerated and could lead to an immediate ban . No smoking allowed in the hut. All other site and fishing rules apply.
Hut Hire
1 person £10 per night (24hrs)
2 people (max.) £20 per night (24hrs)
The hut hire rates do not include fishing hence usual fishing prices also apply .
Please remember the risks involved with Carbon Monoxide poisoning if using fossil fuel heaters/cookers - adequate ventilation must be maintained at all times.

Season Tickets

Season tickets run on a calendar year basis (valid until 31st December, each year).
Anglers who purchase season tickets part of the way through the first year will be eligible for pro rata'd rates e.g. a standard adult ticket purchased on the 1st June would only pay for the remaining 7 months, equating to £63.80. Please bear in mind that this can only apply to a first year season ticket application. Season Tickets are non transferable.
